Welcome to the Recipe Sharing App (the "App"), a mobile application developed by Localhost Softwares ("we", "us", or "our") built on our Community Feed Platform. We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal data and ensuring transparency in how we collect, store, and share information as you explore, post, comment, and interact on our recipe sharing network.

1. Authentication & Account Credentials

To create a profile, share recipes, and interact with the community, the App requires account creation. We authenticate users using Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. When you register or sign in, we access and store:

• Your unique user identification token (UID)
• Your full name (as provided by your Google account)
• Your email address
• Your profile picture URL

This authentication details are required to manage your user profile, associate you with the recipes you publish, and display your public user profile to other community members.

2. User-Generated Content & Media Storage

Our App allows you to post and share recipes. Any recipe post you submit contains:

• Recipe Metadata: Title, description, instructions, ingredients, and categories.
• Images: The culinary photos you upload.
• Metadata: Creation date, time, and user association details.

Your recipe text and post information are stored securely in Cloud Firestore (our database service). Images are uploaded to and hosted on Firebase Storage.

3. Social Interactions & Public Exposure

The Recipe Sharing App is a social platform. Once your recipe post is approved, certain information will be made visible to other users of the App:

• Your profile name and profile picture will appear alongside your recipe posts.
• Your recipes (titles, descriptions, and uploaded images) will be accessible in the public feed.
• Your social interactions, including likes, comments, and reposts (along with counters), will be publicly displayed on the platform.

Please exercise care and caution when sharing recipes or details that contain personal context.

Our services do not target and are not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We respect your privacy rights and give you full control over your data. Depending on your jurisdiction (such as GDPR or CCPA rules), you have the right to access, export, or request deletion of your account and content.

If you wish to delete your account or any recipe posts you have submitted, please uninstall the app, or contact our support team to completely purge your records from our database and storage systems:

• Account Deletion: Upon your request, we will remove your Firebase Authentication record, profile metadata from Cloud Firestore, and any associated recipe assets.
• Content Removal: You can edit or request removal of specific recipe posts or comments.
